The simple solution for weight loss is to reduce your caloric intake and exercise regularly. This approach will work for everyone. Right? Well, actually no it won’t. With the exception of twins (triplets, etc), everyone is genetically different. For many of us it takes more than reducing calories and cardio to shed those last few pounds.
